The Role

Alveo has a very strong reputation within financial data management and supports a global client base of the world’s leading financial institutions.

As Product Manager, you will report to the Senior Product Manager and you will assist the Product Management group with the direction of the existing products portfolio by helping to define requirements, developing product innovation and work closely with the sales organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing project and progress reports.

As a member of the Product team your focus is on partnering with the organization to deliver its strategy and lead by example in upholding the organization’s values.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you:

  • Engage and interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions
  • Act as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases
  • Complete business scope documents and define and document user personas for individual products
  • Are responsible for generating and maintaining development project plans
  • Provide presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings
  • Need to define requirements through business process modelling

Knowledge and Experience

    We are looking for someone who has the following experience:

  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role, ideally in both SME and start-up contexts
  • Hitting the ground running, organize team members and delegate effectively
  • Relevant domain experience in Fintech, technology, or data selling/products into financial services development ideally on the buyside

Qualifications and Training

For this position you require to be:

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent, preferably with business/marketing relevant degree, or post-graduate qualifications
